Biography
I originally trained as an osteopath in London, England, graduating from a 4-year full-time program in 1990. While I was practicing as an osteopath in London and Oxford I took a number of post-graduate courses in Cranial Osteopathy. This introduced me to more subtle techniques of osteopathy and developed my ability to sense energy in the body.

Since then I have continued to develop as a healer and now incorporate healing practices from various traditions as well as continuing to use cranial osteopathy and other osteopathic techniques.

What is a Lightworker?
I call myself a Lightworker because I use Divine Light for healing. This is directed through means such as the use of mantras. Divine Light is also used directly to heal specific tissues.

I continue to use other techniques such as fascial release, massage and joint mobilizations to allow for better blood, fluid, and energy flow through the body to promote healing.

I also facilitate release from physical and emotional trauma held in the body.
